MY REGENERATION
Regeneration has added a new dimension to my experience of transformation.
For 24 years, I worked in international leadership roles, developing teams, leading transformation initiatives and implementing strategic decisions across different parts of the world. It was a journey rich in challenges, learning and human experiences that deepened my understanding of organizations and the nature of change.
Throughout those years, one question stayed with me: why do some transformations gain momentum and endure, while others lose energy along the way?
That question led me, several years ago, to begin a regeneration project in Brazil through agroforestry. What started as work connected to the land gradually became a process of personal transformation as well.
I embarked on a journey of study, exploration and development. I immersed myself in regeneration, agroforestry, living systems, human development, coaching and leadership. I learned from practitioners, farmers, facilitators, researchers and partners. I experimented with approaches, explored tools, participated in training programs and sought to integrate different perspectives in order to better understand how change happens — in ecosystems, in people and in organizations.
It was also a period of questioning, learning, course corrections and redefinition. In many ways, I was living — and continue to live — my own process of regeneration.
Over time, I realized something that profoundly changed the way I see people, teams and organizations: the principles that help a forest thrive are remarkably similar to those that help human beings and human systems evolve. Growth flourishes when relationships are nurtured, diversity is embraced, and the right conditions allow people, teams and organizations to adapt, collaborate and reach their full potential.
Today, my purpose is to place this experience at the service of those who are building new paths, navigating transitions or seeking more sustainable ways to create meaningful change.
